Hypnaut Audio operates hypnautaudio.com. We make creative audio tools for musicians and sound designers.

We collect only data you voluntarily submit:

• Beta / mailing list signups — name (optional), email address, DAW (optional), notes (optional).
• Contact form messages — name, email address, and message content.

We do not use analytics trackers, third-party advertising scripts, or fingerprinting on this site.

Why we collect it

• Beta signups: to manage access to our closed beta programme and send relevant product updates.
• Contact messages: to respond to your enquiry.

The legal basis for processing this data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submit the form.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it. Contact messages are retained for up to 2 years.
